With team-wide glossaries and style guides, Supertext is adding two powerful admin features to its AI translator – and they can both be configured centrally in the new customisation hub. For consistent, brand-compliant communication across all languages and channels.

Team glossaries (Supertext Advanced and higher): uniform wording for all languages

In the customisation hub, team admins define their preferred terms centrally – for each language and for the entire team. This means that technical terms, product names and company-specific wording are all used consistently in every AI translation.

Once created, the glossary rules automatically apply to all team members. This increases translation quality, reduces the amount of editing required and ensures that corporate wording is reliably adhered to even across multiple languages and users.

Style guides (Supertext Enterprise and higher): clear style rules for each target language

Style guides can be used to set language-specific rules centrally – such as for punctuation, number and date formats, or other linguistic subtleties. Admins define the rules individually for each target language.

This results in translations that are not only correct in terms of content, but also exactly meet the desired communication standards in terms of style. For even more uniform and professional multilingual communication across all languages.

Admins manage all settings centrally in the customisation hub and can adjust them at any time. Team glossaries and style guides automatically apply to the entire team – regardless of whether Supertext is used in a browser, with plugins or via the API.

Of course, you can still make individual adjustments: users can override the team rules with their personal settings if necessary. The result is centralised management of corporate wording with maximum flexibility in day-to-day work.
