What are your turnaround times?
Depending on the scope of the project, you can choose between Express (6 hours), 24 hours, 48 hours, 3 days and one week. In general, the more time you give us, the more affordable the service.
What if something is super-urgent? Then we’ll do (almost) anything it takes to make it work. Let’s talk about it.
What languages does Supertext speak?
We translate into more than 100 languages, from Arabic to Zulu. And we’re constantly expanding our range. You can find an overview in the order form. Feel free to contact us if you can’t see your target language.
How do I submit a project?
The quickest way to submit a project is via the Supertext platform. It’s as easy as booking a flight: simply upload the file, select the service, language and deadline, and you’re ready to go!

What information should I provide in a brief?
As much as possible. The more you tell us about your goals, format and target audience, the better the result will be. Our order form will lead you through the most important questions. Please feel free to send us additional details as a supporting document.

How is the price calculated?
For long-form projects, the price is calculated based on the number of words. It changes depending on the language, volume, delivery deadline and service.
The easiest way to estimate the price is to upload a document: our system counts the words and automatically indicates the price – before you actually place the order. Any adjustments will be communicated to you by your project manager before the project is kicked off.
For larger and more complex projects, it’s worth getting an individual quote. Just get in touch with us.
What is a translation memory and how does it save me money?
The translation memory stores every sentence that we translate for you, then automatically inserts the same translation if a sentence appears again in a later text. This means you benefit from consistent terminology and phrasing across all of your translations and only pay for new words, not repetitions.
With regular collaboration, you can save up to 30% in the long term. The match discounts are calculated after an analysis of the content and the adjusted price will be communicated to you by your project manager.
How do I pay for my orders?
Generally speaking, you pay for your orders by invoice. We periodically invoice your most recent orders. You then receive an email with the latest invoice. You can also generate the invoice for a specific order yourself or view previous invoices at any time on our platform.
And can Supertext work with my TMS?
Almost certainly. We work with many translation management systems and can even connect our system to some of the major ones. Get in touch and we’ll be happy to configure the smartest workflow with you.
Can I order directly from my CMS, store system, etc.?
Of course! We have already developed plugins for many popular systems. These allow you to send the content directly to us from your usual environment – and to receive it back perfectly formatted. Click here for the current list of integrations.

What does the project workflow look like?
As soon as we receive your project, your personal project manager will check that everything is present and correct and let you know if there are any questions.
Then we put together the right team for your project. Depending on the scope and service, this may be an individual person or an entire team. We can also call in our in-house language specialists to resolve any linguistic issues.
Once your project is ready, you will receive an email from the project manager with a link to the deliverable. You can check the current status of your projects on our platform at any time.
Who handles my projects?
We work exclusively with professional copywriters, translators, editors, content creators and transcreators. These specialists are personally selected by us, are all native speakers of their respective languages, and have experience in the relevant field. Depending on the service level, we also involve a second specialist (two-phase service). This specialist proofreads the target text and compares translations with the original version.
If you are satisfied with their work, we will use the same person for subsequent orders whenever possible.
What about data security?
Our systems satisfy the highest security standards. From single sign-on and two-factor authentication to state-of-the-art data centers and a specially protected workflow for confidential documents. We ensure bulletproof copywriting and translation processes with a consistent approach, certified according to ISO 27001.
